高校学生个人信息安全教育探析

Research on the Security Education of College Students' Personal Information

近年来,高校学生因个人信息泄露导致财产损失、人身伤害的案件频繁发生,高校学生个人信息的安全教育以及教学改革应该引起重视。在目前我国相关法律制度尚未健全之际,高校学生的个人信息安全教育显得尤为重要,也对高校思想政治教育课程内容的改革提出了更高要求。有关个人信息安全教育,很多高校在思想政治教育等课程中有相关章节设置,但涉及的内容较少,教育方式也多以传统讲授为主,难以适用信息社会的发展要求。应该在增加教学改革研究投入、丰富教学内容的基础上,采用多种教育方式并举,提高学生个人信息安全保护的意识和能力,维护学校和社会的网络安全秩序。

According to the high frequency of college students＇ property loss and personal injury cases caused by personal information leaks in recent years, the security education and its teaching reform related to college students＇ personal information should be taken seriously. At present, in accordance with the imperfection of the relevant law system in China, the security education on college students＇ personal information shows great importance and the course content reform of college ideological and political education needs further development. The ideological and political education in many colleges has litter information related to the security education on personal information and the teaching method often relies on lecturing, which is hard to fulfill the developing requirements of information society. This paper suggests that colleges should increase the investment on teaching reform research, enrich teaching content and apply mix teaching methods to improve students＇ consciousness and ability on protecting personal information security and make sure a safe network order between colleges and the society.
