Introduction of High Durability Anti-corrosion Repairing Technology for Underwater Pile Foundation

摘要 介绍了以玻璃钢包覆衍生而出的水下玻璃钢包覆、黏弹体防腐胶带和玻璃钢复合包覆以及玻纤套筒灌浆等三项防腐修复加固技术在桩基础修复及加固上的应用。这三项防腐修复技术可以直接进行水下修复,不需要营造干式施工环境,操作方便,施工周期短,而且,都具有至少50年的耐海水腐蚀寿命,一次施工即可达到防腐设计要求,一次修复即可达到设计服役寿命,无需进行后期维护。在我国水下桩基础的防腐修复、加固领域推广应用前景广阔。 The application of high durability anti-corrosion repairing technology of glass fiber reinforced plastics (GFRP) underwater cladding, viscoelastic anti-corrosion adhesive tape and GFRP compound cladding and GFRP jacket grouting for underwater piles repair were presented. All of these three kinds of repairing lechndogies could he di- rectly conducted underwater without creating dry-environment, it was easily operated. And all of these three kinds of repairing technologies possessed at least 50 years' service life, once eonstrnclion couht meet the requirements of anti-corrosion design, and once repair could meet the requirements of the designed service life. These three kinds of repair- ing technologies deserved to be promoted in the application of underwater piles repair.
