脾和淋巴结边缘区惰性淋巴瘤生物学特征及治疗研究进展

Biological characteristics and treatment progress of splenic and nodal marginal zone lymphoma in indolent lymphoma

脾边缘区淋巴瘤（SMZL）和淋巴结边缘区淋巴瘤（NMZL）属于罕见的慢性惰性B细胞淋巴瘤。随着基因组学的研究进展，尤其是对NOTCH、BCR、核因子（NF）-κB、染色质重塑和细胞骨架等相关信号通路上大量交叉突变基因谱的发现，使得临床研究有了明显进展。文章结合第59届美国血液学会（ASH）年会报道，对近年来SMZL和NMZL生物学特征和治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。

Splenic marginal zone lymphoma （SMZL） and nodal marginal zone lymphoma （NMZL） are rare indolent chronic B-cell lymphomas. Clinical research has made a great progress thanks to the developments of genomic studies and a large number of overlapping mutational profiles involving NOTCH, BCR and nuclear factor KB （NF-κB） signaling, chromatin remodeling, and the cytoskeleton. This paper reviews the recent progress of biological characteristics and treatment progress of SMZL and NMZL in indolent lymphoma combined with the 59th American Society of Hematology （ASH） Annual Meeting.
