摘要
我国铁路建设取得了突出的进步，在施工企业管理阶段，对财务管理有了更高的要求，基于管理机制的具体要求，必须明确财务管理现状，结合具体情况落实管理措施。本次研究中以施工企业财务管理存在的问题为基础，对如何做好财务管理进行分析。
Our railway construction has made significant progress. In the management phase of construction enterprises, we have higher requirements for financial management. Based on the specific requirements of management mechanism, we must clarify the current situation of financial management, and implement management measures combined with specific situations. This study is based on the problems existing in the financial management of the construction enterprises, and analyzes how to do well in financial management.
