摘要
从课程政治学的角度,聚焦于回归祖国以来澳门本地教材发展过程中不同利益相关者的政治谱系以及他们之间的冲突,发现在"一国两制"的政治背景下,政府透过行政的手段,即增加教材编写者和审查者的多元性和代表性,并在决策过程中采取"编、审合一"的策略,最终在各种形式的妥协中化解冲突,避免政治风险,达成"共治"(synarchy)。
From the perspective of curriculum politics,this paper focuses on the political pedigree of different stakeholders and their conflicts in the course of the development of local textbooks in Macao since the handover. It is found that under the political context of "one country two systems",the government,through administrative means,increased the diversity and representativeness of the textbook writers and assessors,and adopted the strategy of "the unification of the writing and compilation"in the process of decision making. Finally,the state of"synarchy"was reached as all the conflicts and political risks were dissolved and avoided through various forms of compromise.
