病友会在提高骨质疏松症患者自我效能管理中的应用

Application of Patients' Association in Self-efficacy Management of Those with Osteoporosis

目的:探讨病友会在骨质疏松症患者自我效能管理中的应用效果。方法:将120例骨质疏松症患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和干预组,每组60例。对照组采用常规随访,干预组成立骨质疏松患者病友会,对患者及家属进行指导干预。并采集2组患者入院时(干预前)及治疗1年后(干预后)对疾病认识程度、生活方式的改善程度、服药的依从性、疼痛的改善、骨密度的变化指标。结果:干预组患者经过1年的参与、学习、管理,对骨质疏松症认知程度、生活方式改善程度、服药的依从性、疼痛的改善均较干预前有明显的改善(P<0.05),且各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组骨密度较干预前提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:骨质疏松病友会促进了医、护、患,以及家属之间无障碍的沟通,促进了疾病知识的宣传及普及,提高了骨质疏松患者自我管理的能力,增强了战胜疾病的信心,真正达到了治疗与康复的目的。

Objective：To explore the application of Patients’ Association in self-efficacy management of those with osteoporosis.Methods：One hundred and twenty patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,sixty cases in each group.The control group was followed up in a routine way,while a Patients’ Association was set up for the the intervention group to direct the patients and their family members.The degree of awareness of the disease,the improvement of life style,the compliance of the medicine,the improvement of the pain and the changes of bone density were collected before and after the intervention to both groups.Results：After a year of participation,learning and management,the patients in the intervention group had a significant improvement in the cognitive degree of osteoporosis,the improvement of life style,the compliance of medication,the improvement of pain（P 〈 0.05）,the bone mineral density and all the indexes in the intervention group were better than those of the control group（P 〈 0.05）.The bone mineral density was improvement,but there was no statistical signficant in the difference（P 〉 0.05）.Conclusion：The Patients’ Association has promote the communication between doctors,nurses,patients and family members,promote the publicity and popularization of disease knowledge,improve the ability of self management of the patients with osteoporosis,enhance the confidence in fighting the disease,and truly achieve the goal of treatment and rehabilitation.
