温拌橡胶沥青混合料的节能减排 被引量:4

Energy Saving and Emission Reduction of Warm Mix Rubber Asphalt Mixture

摘要 为了分析不同类型温拌橡胶沥青混合料的节能减排效益,选择温拌剂Sasobit、Aspha-min和Evotherm,对温拌橡胶沥青混合料拌合以及施工过程中的能耗和有害物质的排放进行检测与分析。结果表明:3种温拌沥青混合料均比普通橡胶沥青混合料更加节约能耗;在拌合过程中,除了一氧化碳外,有害物质的减排量均超过50%,施工现场均超过60%;Evotherm温拌橡胶沥青混合料的节能减排效果最优。 In order to analyze the energy saving and emission reduction benefits of different types of warm-mix rubberized asphalt mixtures,Sasobit,Aspha-min and Evotherm were selected to test and analyze the energy consumption and harmful substance emissions during the mixing and construction of warm-mix rubberized asphalt mixture.The results show that:the three kinds of warm-mix asphalt mixtures are more energy-saving than ordinary rubberized asphalt mixture;in addition to the carbon monoxide,the emission reduction of harmful substances exceeds 50% during the mixing process,which exceeds 60% on the construction site;among those warm-mix rubberized asphalt mixtures mentioned above,Evotherm has the best effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
