摘要 为了更好地评价翻模法在等截面双箱式薄壁空心墩施工建设中的适用性,保证墩身的的整体质量及使用寿命,以具体施工为例,介绍翻模法在等截面双箱式薄壁空心墩施工建设中的施工原理及主要工艺流程,分析墩身模板设计及施工注意事项,并明确薄壁空心墩施工的主要施工通病及其防治措施。结果表明:在等截面双箱式薄壁空心墩施工建设中采用翻模法时,模板投入量小、复用率高,能够在有效降低施工造价的同时保证墩身施工质量。 In order to better evaluate the applicability of the method of turning over formwork in the construction of twin-box thin-walled hollow piers with constant section and guarantee the overall quality and service life of the pier shafts,the construction principle and main process flow of the turning over method were introduced based on actual cases.The design of the forms for pier shafts and the precautions for construction were analyzed,and the common major problems in the construction of thin-walled hollow piers and their prevention and control measures were defined.The results show that when the turning over method is adopted in the construction of twin-box thin-walled hollow piers,the amount of needed forms is cut and the reuse ratio is high,which can effectively reduce the construction cost and ensure the construction quality of the piers.
