摘要
PAC理论是一种帮助人们正确进行人际沟通的人格结构分析理论。图书馆员熟练掌握与灵活运用PAC理论,有助于在读者服务工作中,主动觉察到与读者沟通时双方所处的心理状态,控制、调整和引导读者形成有效的沟通模式,与读者保持顺畅愉快的平行性交往,防止与读者产生冲突的交叉性交往,从而达到更好的读者服务效果。
PAC theory,also known as communication analysis theory,is a new tool to help people to communicate properly.In the work of reader service,the mastering and flexible use of PAC theory of librarians helps to form conscious awareness of the reader's psychological states,and to further control,regulate and guide readers to form an effective communication mode.It also contributes to maintain a smooth,pleasant and parallel intercourse with readers,avoid the cross intercourse that might lead to conflicts with readers,so as to achieve better effect of reader service.
