摘要
多工艺规划是提高制造系统运行柔性的有效方法。在规则调度中 ,系统运行柔性与各决策点所选的加工操作有关。定义了多工艺规划柔性概念 ;研究了多工艺规划间的相互关系及其对系统运行柔性的影响 ;讨论了多工艺规划柔性评价指标 ;提出一种操作优先级判据 ,实现了多工艺规划中不同操作的优先级排序 ,并用于规则调度。仿真实验表明 ,根据该判据 ,调度系统在每一决策点能优先选择使系统运行柔性较大的加工操作 ,从而提高系统的运行性能。
Multiple process plans increase significantly the flexibility of the manufacturing systems. For rule-based scheduling, the flexibility is affected by the operation selected at each decision point. The concept of the flexibility of multiple process plans is defined. The relationship among the plans and its impacts on the system flexibility are investigated. A quantitative measure is proposed to evaluate the flexibility. A criterion is presented to prioritize each operation located in the plans, which can be used as one of the priority rules in dynamic scheduling systems. Experimental results demonstrate that, with the help of the criterion, the scheduler can select the operation leading to higher system flexibility, and thus the performance of flexibly manufacturing systems is improved.
