Intravenous leiomyomatosis of the uterus encroach bladder: a report of 1 case

目的报道1例罕见的子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤病(IVL)病例,旨在提高对该病的认识。方法回顾性分析患者的病史、体征、辅助检查、手术过程及病理结果,并复习相关文献。结果该患者有子宫肌瘤病史,肿瘤侵犯膀胱组织,手术过程困难,术后石蜡病理确诊。结论 IVL临床表现缺乏特异性,生物学行为与恶性肿瘤相仿,术前不易确诊,手术切除是主要的治疗方法,有时需要多学科配合。

Objective To report a rare case of intravenous leiomyomatosis（IVL） of the uterus encroach bladder, so as to improve awareness of the disease. Methods Patient＇s medical history, physical signs, auxiliary examinations, surgical procedures and pathological findings were retrospective analyzed, and the relevant literatures were reviewed. Results The patient had a history of uterine fibroids, and the neoplasm encroached bladder tissue. The surgical procedure was difficult, and the diagnostil result was confirmed by postoperative paraffin pathology. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of the IVL are lack of specificity, and the biological behavior of which is similar to the malignant tumors, so it is difficult to diagnose before surgery.The surgical resection is the main treatment method, and sometimes the multidisciplinary collaboration is necessary.
