脑力静联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗基底动脉供血不足的临床效果

Clinical effect of Naolijing combined with flunarizine capsules in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia

目的探讨脑力静联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗基底动脉供血不足的临床效果。方法将我院神经内科治疗的102例基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组给予氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组加用脑力静治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率是96.08%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉平均血流速度均明显提高,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组全血高切黏度、全血低切黏度、血浆黏度、血小板计数、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论脑力静联合氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗基底动脉供血不足的临床效果显著,有利于改善血流速度和血液流变学。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Naolijing combined with flunarizine capsules in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia. Methods A total of 102 patients with vertebrobasilar ischemia in the neurology department of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given flunarizine capsules, and the observation group added Naolijing. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.08%, which was higher than 76.47%of the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the mean blood flow velocities of left vertebral artery, right vertebral artery and basilar artery in the two groups increased, and those of the observation group were better than the control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of high shear viscosity, low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, platelet count, erythrocyte aggregation index, hematocrit and fibrinogen wereless in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Naolijing combined with flunarizine capsules in the treatment of vertebrobasilar ischemia has significant effect, which is conducive to the improvement of blood flow velocities and hemorheology.
