Objective To analyze the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs fracture. Methods Forty patients with limbs fracture were selected in orthopedics department of our hospital from January 2013 to November 2017. They were divided into experimental group and reference group, with 20 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation, and the reference group was treated with open reduction and limited contact compression plate. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 95.00%, which was significantly higher than 60.00% of the reference group(P〈0.05). The clinical related indexes of operation time, hospitalization time, continuous fever time, fracture healing time, intraoperative bleeding amount in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(P〈0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was5.00%, which was significantly lower than 30.00% of the reference group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous plate internal fixation in the treatment of limbs fractures is effective and can reduce the operation time, hospitalization time, fever time, intraoperative bleeding amount and promote early healing of fractures, which is worthy of application and promotion in the treatment of limbs fractures.
