腹腔镜联合胆道镜治疗胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石的临床疗效

Clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope in the treatment of gallbladder polyp combined with cholecystolithiasis

目的探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜的治疗方式对于胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者的临床治疗效果。方法以2013年1月至2015年1月在我院接受治疗的136例胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者作为研究对象,根据患者的治疗时间将其分成观察组和对照组,每组68例。对照组患者采用常规的开腹手术进行治疗,观察组患者则采用腹腔镜联合胆道镜的方式进行治疗,比较两组患者的手术指标以及术后并发症发生率。结果与对照组比较,观察组的手术时间及住院时间、下床活动时间较短,术中出血量较少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合胆道镜的治疗方法对于胆囊息肉合并胆囊结石患者具有较好的干预效果,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the treatment of gallbladder polyp complicated with cholecystolithiasis. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015, 136 patients with gallbladder polyp and cholecystolithiasis treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment time of the patients, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional laparotomy treatment, the observation group was treated by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy. The surgical indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the operation time, hospitalization time, activity time out of bed of the observation group were shorter, the intraoperative blood loss was much less, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy has a good intervention effect for the patients with gallbladder polyp and cholecystolithiasis, it is worth popularizing.
