摘要
目的探究布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入在小儿呼吸阻塞中的临床治疗效果。方法选择2015年5月至2017年10月在本院诊治的所有小儿呼吸阻塞患儿60例作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。两组患儿均进行常规治疗,对照组患儿在常规治疗的基础上给予布地奈德雾化吸入,观察组患儿在对照组基础上给予沙丁胺醇雾化治疗。对比两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组患儿的76.67%(P<0.05);观察组患儿的不良反应总发生率为6.67%,高于对照组患儿的3.33%,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的住院时间为(8.57±2.37)d,短于对照组患儿的(16.53±3.94)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗和布地奈德雾化吸入的基础上给予沙丁胺醇,能够显著改善小儿呼吸阻塞患儿的临床疗效,安全性高且住院时间短,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of budesonide in combination with salbutamol aerosol inhalation in the treatment of pediatric respiratory obstruction. Methods From May 2015 to October 2017, 60 cases of children with respiratory obstruction who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional treatment, and the control group was given budesonideaerosol inhalation on the basis of the conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with salbutamol aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group with significant difference( P〈0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.67%, which was higher than 3.33% in the control group, but the difference was not significant(P〈0.05). The hospital stay in the observation group was(8.57 ±2.37) d, which was shorter than(16.53 ±3.94) d in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〉0.05). Conclusion Salbutamol inhalation therapy applied on the basis of the conventional treatment and budesonide aerosol inhalation can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of children with respiratory obstruction, with higher safety and shorter hospital stay,which is worth promoting in clinic.
