中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果

Clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with unstable angina pectoris

目的探讨中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选择本院收治的124例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者,以便利抽样法分为常规组与结合组,各62例。常规组采取西医常规治疗,结合组在此基础上结合中医治疗,比较两组患者临床效果。结果结合组UAP发作频率、持续时间、中医证候积分均低于常规组,且LEVF、CO、SV均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗可有效控制冠心病不稳定型心绞痛症状,改善心功能。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris. Methods A total of 124 patients with coronary heart disease with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into routine group and combination group, with 62 cases in each group. The routine group was treated with conventional western medicine. The combination group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the routine group, the clinical effects were complared. Results The frequency,the duration time of UAP episodes, and TCM syndrome integration of the combination group were lower than those of the routine group, and the LEVF, CO and SV were higher than those in the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively control the symptoms of coronary heart disease with unstable angina, and improve heart function.
