活血化瘀汤对卵巢囊肿患者的性激素LH、FSH、E_2和P的调控作用

Regulation effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction on sex hormone LH, FSH, E_2 and P in patients with ovarian cyst

目的分析活血化瘀汤对卵巢囊肿患者黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)与孕酮(P)及临床症状的调控作用。方法随机选取2013年4月至2016年4月接受治疗的卵巢囊肿患者50例,按随机数字列表法分成西药组(25例)与联合组(25例)。西药组给予单纯西药三苯氧胺,联合组在应用西药三苯氧胺的同时给予活血化瘀汤。检测并比较两组的性激素LH、FSH、E_2和P水平及临床症状评分。结果联合组痊愈率显著高于西药组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的LH和FSH水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),少腹疼痛、腰骶酸痛及月经失调症状评分及E_2、P水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且联合组均优于西药组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀汤能有效地调控机体中性激素LH、FSH、E_2和P的水平,改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To analyze the effect of Huoxue Huayu decoction on luteinizing hormone（LH）, follicle-stimulating hormone（FSH）, estradiol（E2）, progesterone（P） and clinical symptoms in patients with ovarian cyst. Methods A total of 50 cases of patients with ovarian cyst were randomly selected and divided into western medicine group（n=25） and combined group（n=25） from April 2013 to April 2016. The western medicine group was treated with western medicine tamoxifen, and the combined group was treated with western medicine tamoxifen and Huoxue Huayu decoction. the levels of LH, FSH, E2,P and scores of symptoms were measured and compared between the two groups. Results The recovery rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group（P〈0.05）. The levels of LH and FSH after treatment in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment（P〈0.05）. The levels of E2, P and scores of lower abdominal pain, lumbosacral pain and menstrual disorders were significantly lower than those before treatment, and those in the combined group were better than the western medicine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Huoxue Huayu decoction can effectively regulate the levels of sex hormone LH, FSH, E2 and P, and improve the clinical symptoms.
