稳心颗粒对频发房早患者QTc离散度、心率变异性的影响及治疗效果

Influence and treatment effect of Wenxin granule on QTc dispersion and heart rate variability in patients with frequent atrial premature beats

目的观察稳心颗粒对频发房早患者QTc离散度(QTcd)、心率变异性(HRV)的影响及治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的62例频发房早患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(30例)和对照组(32例)。对照组服用普罗帕酮进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加用稳心颗粒。观察两组患者QTcd、HRV及临床疗效和安全性。结果经过治疗,观察组QTc和QTcd低于对照组,HRV各项指标(SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50)均优于对照组,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论稳心颗粒在治疗频发房早中,能够降低患者QTcd,改善HRV,且有确切的治疗效果,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the influence and treatment effect of Wenxin granule on QTc dispersion（QTcd）, heart rate variability（HRV） in patients with frequent atrial premature beats. Methods Sixty-two patients with frequent atrial premature beats admitted in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the observation group（30 cases） and the control group（32 cases）. The control group was treated with propafenone, and the observation group was given Wenxin granule on the basis of this. The QTcd, HRV and clinical efficacy and safety were observed in the two groups. Results After treatment, the QTc, QTcd in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and all the indicators of HRV（SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD, PNN50） were better than the control group, and the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin granules in the treatment of frequent atrial premature beats can reduce QTcd and improve HRV, and has exact effect of treatment, safe and reliable, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
