全程综合护理干预对关节置换术患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响

Effect of whole-course comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleeping quality of patients with joint replacement

目的探讨全程综合护理干预对关节置换术患者术后疼痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法将我院收治的60例关节置换术患者根据就诊顺序分为对照组和研究组,每组30例。对照组给予传统的围术期护理干预,研究组在此基础上给予全程综合护理干预。比较两组不同时间点的VAS评分、PSQI评分及护理满意度。结果术后6、24及48 h,研究组的VAS评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组的PSQI评分均显著降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的护理满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程综合护理干预应用于关节置换术患者护理中,有助于减轻患者术后疼痛,改善患者的睡眠质量,提高护理质量,具有重要应用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of whole-course comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleeping quality of patients with joint replacement. Methods Sixty patients with joint replacement treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the order of treatment, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given traditional perioperative nursing intervention, the study group was given whole-course comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of this. The VAS scores at different time, PSQI scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results At 6, 24 and 48 h after surgery, the VAS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. After the intervention, the PSQI scores of both groups significantly reduced, and that of the study group was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Whole-course comprehensive nursing intervention applied in patients with joint replacement can help to reduce patients＇ postoperative pain, improve sleeping quality and increase nursing quality, which has important application value.
