手术室改良护理干预在椎弓根钉内固定术中的应用效果

Application effect of modified operation room nursing intervention in internal fixation of pedicle screw

目的探讨手术室改良护理干预在椎弓根钉内固定术中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的腰椎间盘突出实施椎弓根钉内固定术治疗的65例患者为研究对象,按照数字表法分为试验组(n=33)与对照组(n=32)。对照组给予常规手术室护理干预,试验组给予手术室改良护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度和并发症总发生率。结果试验组护理满意度为93.94%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。试验组并发症总发生率为3.03%,明显低于对照组的21.88%(P<0.05)。结论对进行椎弓根钉内固定术治疗的患者实施手术室改良护理干预,不但能有效提高患者的护理满意度,同时还能明显降低并发症发生率,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the application value of modified operation room nursing intervention in pedicle screw fixation. Methods Sixty-five lumbar disc herniation patients who received pedicle screw internal fixation in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were divided into experimental group（n=33） and control group（n=32）according to random digital table method. The control group was given routine operation room nursing intervention, and the experimental group was given modified operation room nursing intervention. The nursing satisfaction and total incidences of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was93.94%, which was significantly higher than 75.00% of the control group（P〈0.05）. The total incidence of the experimental group was 3.03%, which was lower than 21.88% of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of modified operation room nursing intervention in pedicle screw internal fixation can not only improve the nursing satisfaction and the relationship between nurses and patients, but also reduce the incidence of complications, which has high safety.
