摘要
目的探讨优质护理对晚期胃癌患者生活质量的影响。方法选择我院2013年10月至2017年10月接受治疗的胃癌患者70例,根据入院时间不同分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。对照组在治疗期间给予基础护理,观察组加用优质护理干预,比较两组生活质量评分。结果护理后,观察组患者总功能领域评分、总健康状况评分高于对照组与护理前(P<0.05);观察组患者疼痛、恶心呕吐、呼吸因难、食欲下降、便秘及经济压力感评分明显低于对照组与护理前(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预能够减轻晚期胃癌患者的疼痛,减少不良反应,提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on the quality of life in patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods From October 2013 to October 2017, 70 cases patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to admission time, with 35 cases in each group. During treatment, the patients in the control group were given primary nursing, the patients in the observation group were additionally given high quality nursing. The scores of quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results After nursing, the total functional field scores and total health scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and before nursing（P〈0.05）. The scores of pain, nausea and vomiting, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, constipation and economic stress in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group and before nursing（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing intervention can alleviate the pain of patients with advanced gastric cancer, and reduce adverse reactions, improving quality of life of patients.
