摘要
胰十二指肠切除术及肝移植术是普通外科及移植外科领域手术复杂、创伤大及术后并发症多的两种手术,随着手术技术的进步,越来越多的外科医生开始将联合肝移植与胰十二指肠切除术作为治疗肝门胆管癌、壶腹部周围癌的方案之一。本文就肝移植联合胰十二指肠切除术在治疗肝门胆管癌及壶腹部周围癌等的可行性及胰腺吻合方式选择作了综述。
Duodenopancreatectomy and liver transplantation is two kinds of surgerys with complexity, big traumas and much postoperative complications in the zone of general surgery and transplantation surgery. With the development of surgery, more and more surgeons are beginning to combine liver transplantation with duodenopancreatectomy as one of the options in the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and periampullary carcinoma. This article reviews the feasibility of liver transplantation combined with duodenopancreatectomy in the treatment of hilar cholangiocarcinoma and periampullary carcinoma.
