共建共治共享(简称"三共")的社会治理格局是指在习近平新时代国家治理思想指导下,党委、政府、企业、社会组织和公民融合成五位一体的社会治理共同体,共同打造社会事业的平台,治理社会事务,提供社会公共产品,形成共益、公益、私益合一的基本形态。其概念框架包括党领导一切、政府负责、依法治国等七个方面。其运行机制指"三共"社会治理格局系统的结构、功能及其相互关系。
