交往理论视域下高职院校师生关系的困境与突破 被引量:1

On the Dilemma and Breakthrough of the Relationship between Teachers and Students in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Communication Theory

摘要 交往是人基本的存在方式之一。哈贝马斯认为人与人之间真正的交往是主体间的交往,是"我"与"你"之间真诚地交流对话的活动。高等职业院校中教师与学生间的交往也是如此,良好的师生交往关系对教学产生着积极的影响。当前,高职院校师生关系间存在着交往主体单边化,交往方式简单化,交往过程既定化,交往中评价单一化等问题。从交往理论的视角,教师与学生双方要转变传统的师生观,强化交往主体意识;坚持做学合一,改变师生交往方式;优化校企合作,加强师生过程交往;建立多元评价机制,促进"融合共生"的师生关系的形成。 Communication is one of the basic methods of human existence. Habermas believes that the real interaction between people is the interaction between the subjects and the sincere exchange of dialogues between "you" and "me". The communication between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges is also the same; good relationship between teachers and students has a positive effect on teaching. At present, the relationship between teachers and students in higher vocational colleges has some problems, including one-sided, simplified communication methods, established communication process and single-issue evaluation in communication. From the perspective of communication theory, teachers and students should change the traditional view between teachers and students and strengthen the consciousness of the subject of communication. It is necessary to insist on the integration of learning, change the way of communication between teachers and students, optimize the cooperation of school enterprises, strengthen the communication between teachers and students and establish a multi-evaluation mechanism to promote the formation of teacher-student relationship of "integrated symbiosis".
