摘要
幸福是人类永恒的话题,时间管理倾向是近年来教育界研究的一个热点话题。在梳理我国高职生时间管理倾向研究成果的基础上,结合一高职院校1 646名学生主观幸福感和时间管理倾向之间的密切关系,提出了幸福视角下高职生时间管理倾向研究的落脚点。通过对高职生的教育引导,帮助他们树立正确的时间价值观,加强自身管理,提升主观幸福感,实现个人价值。
Well-being is an eternal theme for mankind. Time management disposition has been a hot topic in education research in recent years. After reviewing domestic research results of time management disposition of vocational college students and considering the close connection between subjective well-being and time management disposition found in 1646 students of a vocational college, this study presents a foothold for the research of time management disposition of vocational college students from the perspective of well-being to help them establish a right time value so as to well manage themselves, improve the feeling of well-being and achieve their personal value.
