Mao Zedong Thoughts laid the theoretical foundation to establish the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property right is an important achievement of Marxism theory of land right in China. This paper systematically combs Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property right. Through the analysis of Mao Zedong＇s theoretical origin and historical evolution of rural land property right,emphasis is placed on Mao Zedong＇s strategic thinking of rural land property right,public land rights thought,land right system change thought,land right power realization thought and land right power division idea. It also reveals the theoretical characteristics of politics,the times,the people,pragmatism and innovation in Mao Zedong＇s thought of rural land property rights,and thus it highlights the unique theoretical value and important realistic enlightenment of Mao Zedong＇s rural land property right thought.
