摘要
安徽省农村留守儿童教育与关爱模式主要有"留守儿童之家""乡村学校少年宫""代管家长队伍""农村全日制寄宿学校""留守小队"等。现有关的爱模式存在着各主体责任不明且难以形成合力,经费投入不足,未能充分发挥应有作用,创新性有待提高等问题。要强化各主体责任,加大经费支持,加强执行力建设,探索建立农村留守儿童教育与关爱新模式。
In Anhui province, “left-behind children home”, “rural school children’s palace”, “parent’s escrow” and “rural full-time boarding school” and “left-behind squad” are the major education and care mode of left-behind children in rural areas. There are problems in the implementation of existing models. The responsibility of each subject is unclear and it is difficult to form the resultant force. Funds are insufficient, the due role is not brought to play, and innovation needs to be improved. It is proposed to further strengthen the responsibilities of each subject, increase financial support, strengthen the construction of executive power and explore new modes to educate and care left-behind children in rural areas.
