摘要
四川牦牛坪稀土矿是国内第二大的轻稀土矿。新建4200t/d规模的选矿厂采用高梯度湿式强磁选预富集技术,工业试验和流程考查结果表明:在原矿石REO入选平均品位1.57%和2.32%条件下,可获得REO回收率分别为86.89%和90.12%、选矿富集比分别为4.35和2.97的技术指标。
Maoniuping deposit is reportedly as the second largest Light REE deposit following Bayan Obo in China. The preconcentrationprocess of wet high gradient magnetic separation were carried out to recovery rare earth bearing minerals for Maoniupingrare earth ore in the new 4200t/d plant. The commercial practice and process examination results show that RE concentrate with86.89%&90.12%recovery and 4.35 & 2.97 enrichment ratio could obtained under the feed average REO 1.57% & 2.32%, respectively.
