分银渣中铅的回收及硫酸铅的制备 被引量:5

摘要 采用碳酸钠转化-醋酸浸出工艺回收分银渣中的铅,考察了不同碳酸钠浓度、液固比、反应温度、反应时间等条件对铅浸出率的影响,得到最佳工艺条件。在碳酸钠浓度为20g/L、液固比6∶1、反应时间1.0h、反应温度为常温条件下,分银渣中铅含量由17.17%降低至3.02%,铅的平均浸出率为86.54%。醋酸浸出液采用硫酸沉铅可制备出纯度99.5%以上硫酸铅产品。 The recovery of lead in the silver separating residue was made through sodium carbonate transformation and acid leachingmethod.The optimum conditions of process were investigated. The factors influencing the effects of different concentration of sodiumcarbonate, liquid - solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the leaching rate of lead were investigated. The results showthat the content of lead was reduced from 17.17 % to 3.02 %, and the average leaching rate of lead was 86.54%,under the conditions ofsodium carbonate concentration of 20 g/l, liquid-solid ratio 6∶1, reaction time 1.0h, and reaction temperature. The leaching solution canproduce more than 99.5% purity lead sulfate by sulfuric acid precipitation lead.
