摘要 采用富氧侧吹熔池熔炼处理低品位含铜混合渣料,生成冰铜,并回收银等有价金属,铅锌等易挥发物质挥发进入烟尘富集后再送后续工艺处理。详细介绍了工艺流程的设计、主要工艺设备的选择和主要技术指标,相比传统处理工艺具有较大优势。 Silver were recovered from copper-contained residues by oxygen-enriched slide-blown oxidizing smelting, and getcopper matte. Lead and zinc were volatilized into dust for subsequent process. The process design, main process equipmentselection andmain technical parameters were introduced in detail. It has great advantage compared with traditional process.
