摘要
阐述了铜电解极间短路所带来的负面影响,结合生产实践和理论分析,对极间短路进行追踪,确定极间短路形成的原因,采取了提高装槽质量,优化槽体设备,在生产管理中加大极间短路的检查与处理力度,有效降低了传统法的极间短路率,减少阴极铜粒子的生成,阴极铜的电流效率与质量得到保障。
This paper expounds the copper electrolysis electrode negative impact brought by the short circuit. Combined withproduction practice and theory analysis,tracking the short circuit, determining the cause of the formation of interpolar short circuit, thequality of installed slot is improved,the electrolytic celland equipment are optimized. The examination and treatmentof electrode shortcircuit in the production management are intensified, the electrode short circuit rate of traditional method is reduced effectively, and theproduced of cathode copper particles is decreased, current efficiency and quality of cathode copper are guaranteed.
