沉降电炉热修挖补墙体的生产实践

摘要 澳斯麦特炉铜冶炼中,由于沉降电炉平水套和顶部水冷梁埋管烧损漏水,渗出的冷却水进入墙体,导致沉降电炉炉衬耐火砖膨胀,致使整个墙体膨胀变形,里面的耐火砖基本粉化。本文介绍了电炉保温情况下对沉降电炉墙体进行挖补热修的操作方法。 In the copper smelting of Ausmelt furnace, due to the water leakage from the settling furnacewater jacket and the top water - cooled beam buried pipe after burning, the oozing water enters the wall ofthe furnace, leads to the expansion of lining brick of the furnace, and results in the entire wall swellingand distorting and inner firebrick chalking. This paper describes the operating method of thermal mainte-nance and patching wall of settling furnace under the condition of holding.
