^(14)N-^(15)N Isotope Exchange Technique and Its Application in Metallurgical Kinetic Study

摘要 氮对钢材性能影响很大,研究氮的溶解动力学对于控制钢中的氮含量很有必要.新的^(14)N-^(15)N同位素交换技术通过气相质谱仪在线监测反应过程中气体组分变化,可以消除传统研究方法中液相传质的影响,准确测定氮在钢液和熔渣表面溶解的速率常数,深入分析反应的动力学机理.简要介绍了^(14)N-^(15)N同位素交换技术的原理、实验过程、已有的研究成果,讨论了存在的问题. Nitrogen can heavily influence the performance of steel products,so kinetic studies on nitrogen dissolution are necessary to control nitrogen content in iron and steel.The innovational ^14N-^15N isotope exchange technique,which can monitor the change of gas composition on-line by gas mass spectrometer during the interfacial reaction,eliminates the impact of liquid phase mass transfer existing in traditional methods.It is an effective method to accurately measure the rate constant of nitrogen dissolution in molten steel and slags,by which the kinetic mechanism can be analyzed further.In this article,^14N-^15N isotope exchange technique,experimental procedure and research results are introduced briefly and problems are also discussed.
