论职业教育精准扶贫

On the Targeted Poverty Alleviation in Vocational Education

"治愚"和"扶贫"的根本手段是发展教育,特别是职业教育。职业教育是教育精准扶贫最主要、最核心、最骨干的力量,是拔穷根、摘穷帽的关键,让贫困家庭学子通过接受中等职业教育,学到一技之长,增强致富的本领,从而实现一人高质量就业带动全家脱贫。必须充分发挥职业教育在脱贫攻坚战中的重要作用,微观与宏观结合,扶贫的措施要精准,做到精准"滴灌";发达地区及其职业院校与中西部地区的对口帮扶要精准;各级党委政府要直面贫困地区职业教育存在的问题,为发展职业教育提供制度等方面的保障。

Developing education, especially vocational education, is the fundamental measures of eliminating ignorance and poverty. Vocational education is not only the core and major strength of targeted poverty alleviation of education, but also the key to eliminating poverty, which makes it possible for the impoverished students to learn skills, improve their financial wellbeing and family financial situation. Vocational education must be advocated precisely in eliminating poverty as a whole macro and micro integration. Developed areas and their vocational schools should help develop Midwest precisely; party committees and governments at all levels must confront directly problems of vocational education in poor areas to guarantee the development of vocational education.
