对庆元“美丽县域”建设的调查研究

The Construction of Beautiful County in Qingyuan: An Investigation

建设美丽中国是实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的生态诉求和基本目标。"特、富、美、安"是浙江省委作出学习推广嘉善经验的重要决定,是对全省县域发展提出的新要求。对标嘉善的发展经验,践行"生态立县、产业富县、开放兴县"发展战略,建设美丽"大花园",勇争最美"花骨朵",推进绿色发展、实现生态富民是庆元经济社会发展的必然趋势。在分析庆元"美丽县域"建设过程中存在问题的基础上,提出应借鉴嘉善先进经验,不断加快庆元"美丽县域"建设的步伐。

Building a beautiful China is both the ecological requirement and the fundamental objective for realizing China dream and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Building counties with characteristic orientation, rich residents, beautiful and long-lasting social stability is not only an important decision of Zhejiang provincial CPC committee in publicizing the experience of Jiashan county, but also the requirement proposed by the committee for the development of the counties in the province. It is an evitable trend of the social and economic development of Qingyuan county to draw on the experience of Jiashan, implement its own development strategy, turn the county into the most beautiful flower in a beautiful garden, promote its green development, and enrich people rich via ecological construction. In this paper, the author proposes to speed up building a beautiful county in Qingyuan by drawing on the experience of Jiashan based on an analysis of the existing problems.
