高校教职工“工会维权意识”养成策略的个案研究

The Strategies for Developing University Staff's Right-Protection Awareness via Labor Union: A Case Study

以某高校为调研对象,从问卷调查、访谈结果、近年实情3个维度分析教职工对工会的认知。认为缺认识、缺榜样、缺权威、缺人才是影响教职工确立"工会维权意识"的四大因素。要增强教职工之"工会维权意识",可采取3项策略:强化认识、打造经典、做强工会。

This paper analyzes university staff＇s awareness of labor union by questionnaire,interview and data of reality in recent years. It is contended that the lack of four factors such as the adequate knowledge of the functions of labor union,role models,authorities and talents affect the development of their awareness and it is proposed that intensifying their awareness,forging classic examples,and reinforcing the influences of labor union be the corresponding strategies that can be adopted.
