摘要
当前,学前教育专业人才培养在质量上存在与社会发展不相适应的情况是不争的事实,这主要是因为高校的学前教育人才培养模式存在一定的问题,主要表现为:理论模块比重过大、实践模块效能不高、专业技能缺失儿童性。可借鉴鲜活的幼儿园教育实践课程——高宽课程方案的精髓,重构学前教育教学模式。为此,以高宽课程的学习环境设计理念为基础,架构以"计划-实施-回顾"这样一个活动循环为主的课程框架,在实践中基本实现了学前教育师范生基本理论活、专业技能强、实践智慧灵的培养目标。
There exists an overwhelming reality that the quality of preschool education specialty fails to meet the requirement of social development. The causes lie in the talent training mode of the specialty, the overproportion of theoretical modules, the inefficiency of practical modules and the inadequacy of child character of the professional skills. In this paper, strategies for tackling the problems are proposed, and they include restructuring teaching model by drawing on the essence of the high-scope Courses adopted in practices of nursery schools and constructing recursive course framework consisting of planning, implementation and reviewing based on the ideas of learning environment design for high-scope courses. It is tentatively contended that students' with flexible command of theories, professional skill and practical competence can be nurtured.
