我国家长素质现状的调查和分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Status of Parents' Quality in China

在梳理广东、河南、甘肃三省的相关调查数据基础上,概括出当前我国中学生家长的素质特征:多数家长具有一定的科学文化素质,具备教育子女的智能水准;多数家长身心健康处在中等以上水准,有利于孩子的幸福成长;多数家长具有良好的思想道德素质,与孩子一起生活在和谐家庭;多数家长具有基本的教育专业素质,亟需加强与学校的合作;多数家长具有一定的文明生活素质,孩子生活在被尊重的环境。

By combing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the quality framework and research methods of parents. Based on the survey in Guangdong, Henan and Gansu provinces, it summarizes the quality characteristics of parents of middle school students in China, that most parents have certain scientific and cultural qualities, with intelligence of education of children; that most parents have physical and mental health above the medium level, being conducive to the children′s happy growth; that most parents have moral quality, living in harmonious families with children; that most parents have the basic education quality to strengthen cooperation with schools; and that most parents have qualities of civilized life, with children living in an environment of respect. The paper also analyzes the social backgrounds affecting the qualities of parents.
