摘要
在医疗卫生资源分布不均,医疗人才极度匮乏,转诊不便的诸多困难下,新疆某大型医院通过打造新疆特色医疗联合体、加强信息系统建设和管理,与地州联动加强人才培养,创新内部管理等方面探索实践,推进分级诊疗。实践证明,加强倡导促进政府参与,加强基层人才培养,打造适应于新疆的先进信息系统对于分级诊疗的推进具有重要意义。
In the challenges ofunevenly health resource distribution, health personnel scarcity, inconvenience of referral, a large general hospital in Xinjiang explored to promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, through establishing Xin.jiang characteristic integrated healthcare system, strengthening medical information system, enforcing talent training with
local hospitals, innovating management mode. Practices illustrated that promoting government involvement, training of personnel for the sub-unit hospitals and advanced information system were significant for promoting hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Xinjiang.
