摘要
在喷口电弧动态数学模型中 ,考虑了喷口烧蚀产生的PTFE蒸气的作用。应用有限元方法模拟了SF6 自能膨胀式断路器开断短路电流的过程。通过与不考虑PTFE蒸气影响的开断过程的模拟结果相比较 ,得到了PTFE蒸气对喷口电弧特性影响的结果。表明 :PTFE蒸气使喷口电弧的压力明显增高 ;使电流较高时的电弧温度降低 ;使电弧电流过零时的弧区温度升高 ;在电弧电流下降时 ,电弧的温度下降速度变慢 ;使电弧的半径增大。
The influence of PTFE vapour on the characteristics of nozzle arc is considered in the mathematical model of nozzle arc in this paper.The interruption of heavy short circuit current is simulated numerically by the finite element method in an SF 6 auto expansion circuit breaker. As compared with the interruption when PTFE vapour is ignored,the influence of PTFE vapour on the characteristics of nozzle arc is obtained.The results show that the PTFE vapour enhances the pressure of nozzle arc obviously, and reduces the temperature of arc during high current, increases the one during current zero,declines the one slower during arc current decreasing and increases the radius of arc, too.
