研究生教育综合发展水平测评及省域差异研究——基于PLS结构方程模型的分析 被引量:6

摘要 随着近几年研究生招生规模的扩大,我国研究生教育水平有了较大提高。本研究旨在对扩招后我国研究生教育发展的整体水平和省域差异特征进行分析,为有关部门制定研究生教育发展政策和规划提供客观依据。基于此,在参考国内外相关研究的基础上,构建了整体规模、结构层次、师资水平、经费投入、社会服务与国际化水平6个维度的研究生教育综合发展水平评价指标体系,并采用PLS结构方程模型对我国各省的研究生教育综合发展水平进行测量。结果显示,我国研究生教育综合发展水平内部结构不均衡,研究生教育发展水平省域间差距较大,省域内部协调性较差。 With the expansion of graduate student enrollment,the scale and education level of postgraduates in China has been improved greatly.This study has an overall and comprehensive understanding of China's postgraduate education development integration level and provincial difference features to provide the relevant objective information basis for the relevant departments and provinces for the graduate student education development policy and planning.Based on reviewing related literatures and studies,a six-dimension evaluation index system of the holistic development of Chinese graduate education has been constructed,which includes overall scale,structure layer,teaching staff levels,money supply,social service and internationalization standard,and PLS structure equation modeling has been applied for evaluating and measuring the provincial development of graduate education of China.The results show that the comprehensive development level of postgraduate education in China is not balanced and the level of development of postgraduate education is quite different among provinces with poor coordination within the provinces.
