摘要
在分析高压SF6 断路器开断大电流时 ,电弧对喷口烧蚀机理的基础上 ,进行了喷口材料改性试验研究。得出聚四氟乙烯中加入MoS2 ,BN ,光致蓄光材料 (PL) ,复合聚四氟乙烯的介电性能、光学性能、耐电弧烧蚀性能和线膨胀系数的变化规律。研究结果为提高喷口的耐电弧烧蚀性能、改善喷口材料的介电性能和工艺性提供了理论依据。
In this paper, experiments on the modified nozzle materials were done on the basis of analyzing nozzle ablation mechanism during the breaking of high voltage SF 6 circuit breaker. The variation regularities of the dielectric, optical, arc ablation behaviours and linear expansion factor have been achieved for the compound PTFE being made from adding MoS 2, BN and absorptiometric materials into pure PTFE. The results provide a theoretical basis for increasing the behaviour of the nozzle against the arc ablation and improving the dielectric property of nozzle materials.
