摘要
目的:构建一套科学合理的三级综合医院行政职能部室中层干部考核指标体系。方法:运用文献研究法和思维导图构建指标体系理论框架,再使用专家访谈法构建指标体系初稿,最后通过德尔菲法确定指标体系权重及终稿。结果:经过两轮专家咨询,专家意见达成一致,构建了一套包含5个一级指标、22个二级指标的三级综合医院行政职能部室中层干部考核指标体系。结论:该指标体系能够为科学合理考核医院职能部室中层干部工作打下基础、提供依据。
Objective To establish a scientific and reasonable middle-level cadres' performance assessment index system of administrative department in Level 3 General hospitals.Method Documentary study and mindmaps were first used to get theory framework of the index system,then expert interviewing was used to construct the initial draft and finally Delphi method determined the weight of indicators and built the index system.Result After two rounds of expert consultation,the experts' opinions have reached same.A set of evaluation index system including 5 first-level indexes and 22 second-level indexes have been constructed in middle-level cadres of administrative departments in grade three general hospitals.Conclusion The index system can provide basis for assessing middle-level cadres' performance of administrative department in Level 3 General hospitals.
