重庆市公众对于政府购买公共卫生服务的知晓及满意度调查

Surveying the Public 's Cognition and Satisfaction on Governmental Purchasing Basic Public Health Services in Chongqing

目的:调查重庆市居民对公共卫生服务项目的知晓情况和满意情况,从受众角度了解分析项目实施效率,为项目实施方案的改进提供科学依据。方法:采用分群随机整体的抽样方法,对被抽取的小区1300名居民进行入户问卷调查。结果:居民对公共卫生服务项目知晓率好(88.1%),但也存在20.5%的居民从未享受过公共卫生服务,11.9%的居民甚至不知晓公共卫生服务。约50%居民获取公共卫生服务,获取项目以预防接种和健康教育为主,居民最需要的公共卫生服务项目与已享受的项目之间存在偏差,总的来看,居民对政府购买公共卫生服务的满意度不高,为59.1%。结论:从知晓率及满意度的情况来看,重庆市政府购买公共卫生服务项目取得了一定的成果,但仍有待提高,在投入的项目和居民真正需要的项目之间的差异来看,要准确了解居民所需,满足所需的诉求,才能提高满意度。

Objective To survey the residents＇ cognition and satisfaction on basic public health services in Chongqing,and provide scientific basis for improving it.Method 1300 cases of residents were chosen with cluster random sampling and surveyed with questionnaires.Results The public＇s cognition rate on basic public health services was 88.1%.But 20.5% of them never accepted public health services.And 11.9% of them even don＇t know that.About 50% residents acquired basic public health services,which mainly in vaccination and health education.There had deviation between the public＇s most required items and accepted items of basic public health services.The public＇s overall satisfaction on governmental purchasing basic public health services was 59.1%.Conclusion The governmental purchasing basic public health services has achieved some results in Chongqing,but still needs to be improved.
