摘要
目的:探索城市老年人群健康活动行为影响因素,为老年人健康管理提供政策依据。方法:采用文献研究、问卷调查、统计描述、单因素分析法、探索性因子分析法(EFA)。结果:筛选出目标社区健康活动行为的影响因素并建立模型。结论:城市社区老年人群健康活动行为的影响因素是多维的,应通过社会支持、宣传教育、健康管理、心理疏导等综合方式加强引导。
Objective To explore the factors to influence the health behaviors of urban elderly population,and provide policy basis for health management of the elderly.Method Methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,statistical description,single factor analysis and exploratory factor analysis were used.Results The factors to influence the health behaviors in target community were screened.And a model was developed.Conclusion The influencing factors of health behaviors of urban elderly population are multidimensional,which should be strengthened by social support,publicity and education,health management and psychological counseling.
