摘要
从滨州港海域中分离到一株高效产絮菌株枯草芽孢杆菌K8,其絮凝产物发酵属于Ⅰ型发酵;发酵32 h时絮凝活性最高,对高岭土悬液的絮凝率可达86.30%,发酵上清液絮凝率达95.4%。研究结果表明,采用发酵液处理石化二沉池出水时絮凝率达84.61%,p H与温度适应范围宽,对小球藻液也有一定的絮凝沉降作用。该菌株在水处理工程尤其是石化污水处理中显示出较大的应用潜力。
An effective flocculant-producing strain named Bacillus subtilis K8 has been isolated from the sea of Binzhou Port. It is found that the fermentation of the flocculant of the strain belongs to Type Ⅰ. The highest flocculating activity occurs in 32 h of fermentation. The flocculation rate for kaolin suspending liquid is 86.30%,and the flocculation rate of the fermentation supernatant 95.40%. The results of the research show that when the fermented liquid is used for treating the effluent from the secondary sedimentation tank,the flocculation rate reaches 84.61%. The adaptive capacities of pH and temperature are pretty wide,and have certain sedimentation effect on chlorella liquid,too.The strain shows comparatively big application potential in wastewater treatment engineering,especially in petrochemical wastewater treatment.
