CABR+SBR组合工艺处理大蒜生产废水的研究 被引量:6

摘要 采用填料式厌氧折流板反应器(CABR)+序批式活性污泥法(SBR)组合工艺处理大蒜废水,重点研究组合工艺的启动过程及对COD、总氮、总磷的去除效果。结果表明:采用低负荷启动方式,启动过程中逐渐提高负荷,CABR+SBR组合工艺启动迅速,污泥培养时间较短。CABR经40 d培养,进水COD为3 000 mg/L时去除率稳定在87%以上;SBR经15 d培养,进水COD为350 mg/L时去除率稳定在85%以上。系统稳定后,进水COD约为6 000 mg/L时,组合工艺出水的COD、总氮、总磷分别为83.12、11.30、1.28 mg/L,总去除率分别为98.58%、84.68%、82.48%,出水符合城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918—2002)的二级排放标准。 The combined process of carrier anaerobic baffled reactor(CABR) and sequencing batch reactor(SBR) has been used for treating garlic processing wastewater,the start-up of the combined process,and its removing effects on COD,total nitrogen(TN) and total phosphorus(TP) have been investigated emphatically. The results show that when low-load start-up mode is used,the load is increased gradually in the start-up course,the combined process started up rapidly,and the sludge cultivation time is comparatively short. After CABR has been cultivated for 40 days,and when the influent COD is 3 000 mg/L,the removing rate stays stably at above 87%. In the same way,after SBR has been cultivated for 15 days,and when the influent COD is 350 mg/L,the removing rate stays stably at above 85%. After the system has been stabilized,and when the influent COD is about 6 000 mg/L,the effluent COD,TN and TP of the combined process are 83.12,11.30,and 1.28 mg/L,respectively,and the total removing rates are 98.58%,84.68%,and82.48% respectively. The effluent quality reaches the secondary discharge level criteria specified in the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918—2002).
