文件管理服务——基于RMSC和MoReq2010的比较研究

基于面向服务架构的理念，电子文件整个生命周期内的管理功能可以用文件管理服务加以描述和定义，并被不同应用系统所复用，从而实现系统之间的互操作性。RMSC和MoReq2010是用文件管理服务描述电子文件管理功能的两个范例，使得借鉴和学习。应当由国家档案局牵头，多方合作，构建符合我国国情的电子文件管理服务。

Basing on the concept of Service -Oriented Architecture, the management function of electronic records through the whole life-cycle can be described and defined by records management services. By the reusability among different application system, the interoperability between systems can be realized. RMSC and MoReq2010 are two examples of records management service and worth to learn from. It is necessary to construct electronic records management services conforming to the national conditionsof our country by the leading of State Archives Bureau and multi-cooperation.
