东晋时期东亚政局中的政治传统与权力运作

The Political Tradition and Power Operation in 4th Century’s East Asia

乐浪、带方二郡弃守于永嘉之乱，并非缘于边疆危机，而是西晋统治秩序崩溃的边疆表现。中原王朝的政治传统仍在当地起着凝聚人心、塑造统治合法性的重要作用。除二郡遗民与内地流民以郡县制为组织方式外，百济近肖古王余句亦通过领乐浪太守构建地区领导权，将倭人纳入其所主导的多边关系之中。东晋的天下秩序借由郡县制、都督制而存在。辛卯年东晋封授的辰斯王余晖被杀，继任的阿莘王与倭“和通”，东晋天下秩序短暂退场。义熙年间东晋国势复盛，但重构天下秩序却意在涵盖多边关系，表明东晋由直接统治者向多边关系调解者的身份转变，天下秩序亦由此发生变化。

Lelang and Daifang were abandoned in Yongjia Chaos, not due to the border crisis, but the collapse of the Western Jin Dynasty＇s ruling order. The political tradition still played an important role in gathering the people and shaping the legitimacy of the rule. The people remained were organized in the system of prefectures and counties. It forced King Asin who succeeded the crown to resist Goguryeo and rely on Wa in 399. The ＂Wa＂ who interfered in the internal affairs of Beakje was great clan in Beakje. The reconstruction of LiuSong Dynasty on its world system made the relationship between Beakje and Wa reserve. The reason that Wa consisted to present tribute to LiuSong Court in 5th century was to seize the leadership on Beakje. The competitive relationship between Beakje and Wa strengthened the authority of LiuSong Court.
