采用SiC器件的高效率光伏发电用功率调节器开发

R&D of Highly-efficient Photovoltaic Power Conditioner Based on Sic Devices

摘要 本文阐述了高效率光伏发电用功率调节器的开发。新开发的10k W功率调节器(PCS),具有功率因数恒定控制、事故时继续运转的FRT(故障穿越)、输出控制以及新型有源检测等系统稳定化必要条件。对各种功能进行了现场验证。不仅是系统异常时的自主适应系统,而且也是盐害地区应用的先进设计。 This paper expounds the RD of high efficiency power conditioner for photovoltaic power generation. The newly developed 10 k W power conditioning system(PCS) has the necessary advantages for stabilizing the system, including power factor constant control, FRT(fault ride through) that continues to run during incidents and output control and new active detection system. Various functions were validated on site. It is not only an autonomous adaptive system for the incident in which the system is abnormal, but also an advanced design for the application in salt damage area.
